Terms of Service

POFIT is a research and information platform. Content on POFIT is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. We are not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or fiduciary, and nothing on the platform should be construed as a personalized recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell or publish POFIT research without written permission
• Scrape, mirror or reverse-engineer the service
• Use the service to violate any law or infringe any right
• Interfere with the security or performance of the service

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated (e.g. our 14-day guarantee on first Pro subscriptions) or required by law.

POFIT and all content on the platform — including research reports, scores, methodology and design — are owned by POFIT or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any research or score will produce any particular investment result. Markets involve risk and past performance is not indicative of future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POFIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the service.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
